So a system, designed by a woman that is an expert and

Starting can be hard but keeping on keeping on is extra
hard.
You get emails continually with facts, information and
encouragement.
Information like “Don’t forget breakfast” because breakfast
is the most important meal of the day.
After sleeping for 7 to 8 hours, if you skip breakfast and
have nothing to eat for another few hours, your body begins to
enter a starvation mode and stores fat just in case the famine
continues.
Skipping breakfast also leads to eating more later in the
day when there is less time to use up the calories you are
collecting.
