A little something
extra. Here's a recipe from Joey Atlas for an Easy Anti Cellulite Stir-Fry
Recipe
* 1.5 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth
(preferably organic)
* 2 - 4 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce (preferably organic)
* 1/4 teaspoon of stevia powder extract (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper - if you like it hot
* 1/4 teaspoon milled black pepper
* 1 teaspoon onion powder or flakes
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves chopped and crushed garlic
* 1 teaspoon ground ginger
* 2.5 tablespoons canola oil (preferably organic)
* 1/3 cup ground flax seeds (preferably organic)
* 1 bag mixed vegetables, carrots, peas, etc. (16 ounces) fresh or frozen (preferably organic)
* 1/2 pound of chopped chicken breast (vegetarians may use organic tofu or chick peas)
Put canola oil in large pan on medium heat. Add
mixed vegetables and stir fry for 6 - 9 minutes.
Then add all other ingredients. Keep stirring
every 1 - 2 minutes until it starts to simmer. Cook for 3 - 5 more minutes - then shut the burner off.
This should give you about 4 - 6 servings of
Easy Anti Cellulite Stir Fry.
For low-carb eaters, serve this on top of a bed
of chopped romaine lettuce and/or diced cucumbers.
For regular carb-eaters, serve this on top of a
small bed of regular or Barilla Plus pasta - or wild rice (you can even try quinoa). Organic ingredients preferred
but not mandatory.
