Excessive cardio
workout produces a substance called “cortisol” that can
break down lean muscle tissue.
And
that’s not what Fat Loss is about.
You want to burn fat
not lose muscle tissue that is helping you look
better.
Fat is burned up and
weight lost through the use of calories and Mike Geary
gets deep in to the exercise programs that will rid your
stomach area of loose belly fat and work the muscles that
pull your stomach into shape.
You also need to raise
your metabolic rate to increase the calorie count
down.
And his exercise
program will certainly do that.
He also has included an
exercise program that burns fat off even faster than
Interval Training.
Now that’s really a big
statement because Interval Training is
excellent.
“Complex Training” is a
system of combining different exercises to multiply the
rate that your body uses up calories.

barbell complex from his plan.

Explosive high pull from floor;
2.
Barbell back to thighs, then hang
clean;
3.
Barbell back to thighs then bent over
row;
4.
Barbell back to floor, then clean &
jerk
5.
Barbell back to thighs, then finish with Romanian
dead lift.
