Do You want to Lose
Weight?
Most women are so busy looking
after a home, a family and going out to work that they have
little time to spend on a serious weight loss
program.
So heading out to the gym or
spending time with a personal trainer may be next to
impossible.
If you workout at home then have
a look at Holly Rigsby's
"Fit Yummy Mummy" Sounds odd but this
works.
Exercise is meant to be fun and
not punishment so do it for yourself, not
to
yourself.
But there still lots
of ways that weight loss can be included in an ongoing
busy routine.
There are many weight loss food
products on the market and diet programs aplenty, although
diets need to be considered carefully as they tend to slow the
metabolic rate. With a woman's slower metabolic rate, fat
burning is lessened and fat retention
increased.
Always begin any workout routine
with some warm-up stretching
exercises.
There are a few simple rules with
stretching:
Your body
will tell you what is a comfortable stretch so listen
or feel for when enough is enough. Don't go past the
point where your body indicates you have reached
maximum stretch for your present fitness level or you
will begin to do damage before you really get started.
Never compare your starting point with others as some
peoples muscles are more flexible and stretch more
easily.
Everyone's body is
different and may be different day to day, so what
you could do a couple of days ago may not be your
stretch starting point today. Don't expect your
muscles to stretch the same way each
day.
Stretching muscles also
pulls tendons and connecting tissue so be gentle.
Abrupt movements can and will cause
damage.
Is there anything
worse?
One of the most embarrassing and
obvious forms of body fat is Cellulite.
Cellulite are the lumps and
dimples usually around the thighs and buttocks caused by the
stretching of adipose cells in the skin as they clog with
fat.
Exercise targeted at these areas
and a balanced diet to rid the body of toxins and fat will
begin to lower the dimple
effect quickly.
Plenty of water, 6 to 8 glasses a
day, massages and saunas also aid in the removal of cellulite
but it's an ongoing problem and needs ongoing
attention.
Aerobic training and Pilate's
will assist in the removal of
unwanted fat called Cellulite and there are
also good online programs that focus solely on Cellulite
removal with workout routines aimed at the thighs, buttocks and
abdomen.
If you haven't tried exercising
with those remarkable Kettlebells,
you're missing out on a method to reduce Cellulite fast.
Kettlebells require good core muscle structure and work out the
muscles of your thighs, buttocks and abdomen. Workout these
groups and strip off the fat called
Cellulite.

Report
Joey Atlas, Publisher and
Editor of The
Cellulite Reduction Report has designed a
program specifically for Cellulite
reduction.
Another problem that is owned
solely by women and not understood or considered by males
is menopause and the weight gain that accompanies this time
of life.
Leading up to menopause a
woman's body goes through hormonal changes and weight
begins to collect around the abdomen instead of the hips
and thighs.
Menopause is very personal
and should be respected as such but one thing you can be
sure of, most women will go through at this weight gain due
to a drop in estrogen levels and the creation of fat
storage rather than burning calories and losing
weight.
Same number of fat cells but
bigger.
Did you know that fat cells
generally do not generate after puberty? As your body stores
more fat, the number of fat cells remains the
same.
Each fat cell simply gets bigger!
(But there are two exceptions: your body may
produce more fat cells if you gain a large amount of weight
or if you have liposuction
surgery performed.)
But you can make a huge
difference if you just make a little time for a concentrated
effort at a weight loss program.
The visual effect will be
almost immediate and personally satisfying.
The same as for men, weight
training has a lot going for it.
Since around middle age your
metabolic rate can drop by as much as 5%, the burning of excess
body fat becomes much more difficult.
Body building doesn't have to be
the aim of weight training as repetition with lesser weights
will strip fatquickly,
increase muscle tone which in turn will shape legs, arms and
shoulders dramatically.
And just how good will you finally
look? Find out at Fit Yummy
Mummy.
